The ProTour Order of Merit has been updated after the latest double header of Players Championship action with Glen Durrant and Harry Ward taking victory in Barnsley.
Ward himself is up into the top 50 at 47 while Duzza finds himself at 25 and with this Order of Merit dictating European Tour as well, like Rob Cross in his first year he could find himself in the seeded positions negating the need to qualify.
One player though that has moved into the provisional seedings for events 9 and 10 is Nathan Aspinall with him currently in 17th but likely to move up.
There are multiple players just outside the top 16 similar to Aspinall in terms of them potentially making their debut as a seed and so it’ll be interesting to see what the line-up is come the end of the season.
